Default NE one use wingnuts to hold cap on cutout?

just wondering. i have seen it on a few sets of cutouts and it is a major pain in the *** to wrench at both of my dual cutous. well, do these things work their way loose? i have used reg nut and washers to hold the cap and they hold very well. i figure wingnuts would be a lot easier to take off.

As far as I know thats what most people use but I wouldn't know I haven't capped mine since it was installed.

Most cut-outs I have seen came with wingnuts. I would tighten them up every once and a while just in case(which I would do that with a regular nut and washer also)

To be clear..... they WILL come un-done if you finger tighten them no matter how strong your fingers are, I've lost a couple of them...... so you might as well go with nuts/socket as you will find yourself using some form of tool/pliers to tighten them as well as to un-do them if you want to keep them on the car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

I've had my cut out plate secured on with wing nuts for over a year now and never lost one.
