At higher RPMs, the fuel is travelling faster, which means it takes a longer distance to change dirrection. If the fuel droplets hit the plenum floor, they tend to fall out of suspension and form droplets on the plenum floor. SO if you're A/F is correct, you go momentarily lean and then it gets rich as RPMS decrease and the fuel evaporates. Bad craziness!
Anyway, with a dry manifold setup, it's pretty much snake oil. Might as well put a 5" exhaust tip on a stock Civic IMO.
