MAFT requires w/ ZO6 MAF?

MAFT requires w/ ZO6 MAF? I'm thinking about getting the recalibarted Z06 maf for my 01 SS M6. Is a MAFT necessary?
Here's my christmas list <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> :
Stealth airbox, SSRA, Z06 maf, ported tb, asp pulley.
I'm thinking I will get about 20 rwhp w/ these mods. Is that close?
Also, will I have any fitment issues w/ the stealth box and the SSRA?

IMO the SSRA is nice but that 220 can definitely be better spent elsewhere.
IMO save $150 and don't get the MAF because you don't need it. Plus there is a possibilty that it can hurt your car.
Now you have 510 extra dollars.
New things that should be on your Christmas list.

Nitrous Kit
or
Save some more and get headers.
Be wise with your money
