Just got my pacesetter LTs today for my ls1.

I started installing it, Anyone have a link to how exactly to get rid of the air pump? I got rid of the tubing but Im not sure and theres a few parts of it idk what to do with.

Also, there is a bracket on the back of the engine on drivers side that might have held part of the air system, Can i remove this bracket, just curious.

Check the FAQ at the top of the page.

Did you pick up a set of poly motor mounts? You're going to have y-pipe banging issues with that y-pipe if you did not.

I actually recommend the pacesetter y pipe myself because it fits good and tucks very good. The only thing you need to do is go in from the passenger side of the merge and grind out the merge where all the extra metal is that blocks the flow of the driver side.

air pump should be under the driver side front marker, think like 4 bolts hold it in all the tubing comes off, i thought it was gonna be hard but actually was vary easy.

There is one tiny tube on the drivers side that goes into from the airpumps junction to something with a wire harness coming out of it. Do i need to worry about this or is it fine that i just unhooked the littile tube with the junction?

You need to plug that line off. It should run to a T-fitting, one side go to the manifold, the other side goes to the a/c system to change from floor to vent etc.

The a/c and the AIR (somehow) use vacuum from the manifold to operate.
