Default Whats up with the B&B TriFlo Catback?

I've got a B&B comming for a street exhaust. Why are they not popular? The Exhaust and tips look bad ***. I hear they sound great. I looked at Corsa, Borla, and GMMG. They are all around the same price range. Why don't people like the B&B? Is the flow crappy or what?

Right now I have a 3" Y, to 3.5" pipe/muffler, that dump before the axle. I'm going to add a 3.5" cutout before I add the Catback.

I'll tell you how it goes <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Mine is quiet at idle...but with Hooker LTs, a cam, and heads WOT and cruising is loud. I set off car alarms in our parking garage, if that gives you any indication. Not loud inside the car, though.

Hey CamM,Did you used to live in Jax?
Oh Isuspect that B&B's arn't on alot of cars because they're kinda pricey & not marketed as well as say Borla's or Corsa.

I had a B&B on my LT1.. best looking tips you can get if you ask me... the whole system was sweet! Current car I just went with a magnaflow muffler and some Megs tips from Thunder Racing. (excellent quality)Much much cheaper and probably same gains. catback $$ can be spent better elsewhere.

Back then the sponsors were always doing group purchases on them. B&B had its day in the sun, but I still like mine. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I have it with MAC headers, 2.5 inch Y pipe with cats and then the B&B with cutout.

I got it because not too many people have it. I have never seen another car around with it.

When my cam goes in I'll be going with a 3 inch Y pipe with no cats so that should wake up the sound

I love my B&B! They sound great with LT's and off road pipe. The tips are some of the best looking tips on the market IMHO.
