Connecting xpipe to headers?

How would i connect this X pipe to my pacesetter LT's?

You could get a pipe expander and expand the pipes to make a slip fit, but I would simply weld some 3" 3-bolt flanges onto the pipes. The flanges are alot easier to remove and people have been making them work for years.
