ASP Pully Install
I guess mine was one of them "tight-azzed" pullys.
However.. I found a very helpful tip for anyone else about to pull off thier stock pully and replace it with the ASP Pully.
The contact areas of the jaws seemed to slip off the stock pully once enough force was exerted by the puller.
I took the dremel tool & make the end (contact area) have a somewhat "hooked" shape.. didn't take long at all.
THEN- (and only then) did the puller hang on to the lip (there's a rubber part beyond the lip) and finally, enough force was exerted and *pop goes the pully*!

The inside hub of the stock pulley has 3 tabs that the puller attaches to. Should come off pretty easy doing it that way.
Lots of people rent the puller also so you wouldn't want to go grinding on one of those. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
