Get you a dyna battery as you will save weight with it also.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

For race set up the above battery is great..

All Sears Die Hard battery's are pretty decent for daily driving...

For the money the best battery is the AutoZone Gold, it has a three years 100% replacement warranty if it goes bad.

The dyna-batt probably isn't the best kind of battery to have in your daily driver type of car, you really can't leave anything on that would drain power...lights, radio, etc...

I always put my optima on a trickle charger when I need to play the radio while I wash the car and detail it... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

D34/78/D750U or D750U for the deep-cycle Yellow Top.

Eventhough the Yellow Top has lower Amp ratings it is really the one to go with if you are powering a huge stereo or other electronic stuff, it is Deep-Cycle and can take much more abuse. But for most people the cheaper Red Top is more than enough battery.

It is a direct bolt-in part, just requires a little more wiggling around to get the clamp to catch... but trust me it will fit. There is a picture my Red Top installed in the "Pictures" link in my signature.

Hope this helps.

The Yellow Top is more for cars that draw alot of electricity with big stereos, radios, lights, and all of that flashy stuff. The Yellow Top is a better battery but it is much more expensive and really over-kill for normal cars. Save the extra 50-70 bucks and go with the Red.

Both the Yellow and Red are the same size and dimensions, just different colors. They bolt right in like any other battery.
