Is it posible to take off the I pipe without cutting ?

As much of a PITA as it's going to be, you'd be better off, IMO, cutting it
I've used that thing for so much it's not even funny. I've cut motor mount housings, made blockoff plates that went on 3 cars, cut bellhousings (don't ask), ported a FAST 90, polished valvecovers/throttle bodies, cut bolts, sanded slipfits, cut the radiator support.
It's like a Dremel on crack.
