i think you might be thinking of the mufflex catback, as one of their systems have only 1 tip

Electric Cutout FTW!!! That way its dead quiet on a long drive, but with the push of a button your car is louder than any cat-back system out there!

I never had an issue getting my car serviced with a cutout on it. Mine went on days after I bought the car.

My electric cutout (ALL OF THEM I should say) were junk. They usually vibrate apart in less than 6 months. I got tired of repairing them or sending them in for replacement.

I want exhaust that sounds nice and I don't want an electric cutout, I wouldn't mind getting a manual cut-out except for the fact I want a nice tone without it being obnoxiously loud. If you could check out my last post and gimme some advice on that, it would be awesome. I know the cutout is a good and cheap way to get the most power out of the stock manifold and y-pipe but I really wanna go with a nice cat-back system instead.

i dont really understand how it would void ur warranty, its not a drive train part....if u check ur warranty thats all u have to do...one clue is, is it something they will replace? and i think they would notice a aftermarket catback just as much as a cutout

Was previously thinking about the Hooker c/b but I think it's too quiet for my taste, does it get as good a flow as LM even though it's quieter? I'm leaning toward LM, but is 1 or 2 the better flowing of the systems? Also, how much is GMMG exhaust and where would I be able to find it? Thanks everyone for their help so far.
You mentioned down the road - headers and ORYP, Hooker is not quiet, believe me. My neighbors frown/make jestures everytime I go by.
Not sure if just a Hooker cat-back is quiet.

i have the bassani tru-duals on both of my cars. the 00 formula still has the stock manifolds and cats like yours. this system bolts directly to the factory cats. i've taken mine to the dealer to replace a cat that went bad. they had no problems with it being on the car.

here's a sound clip of that car.

I don't like the Dual Dual because you can see the welds for the tips. I don't like that.

Opinion vs. Opinion me thinks.
actually i've always hated SLP because of their ridiculous prices and the sound of the loudmouth. my friend had a loudmouth on his SS and it was...yeesh, didn't like it. the ONLY SLP part i ever liked was their lid. i like the look of their logo and its styling. i'm extremely surprised i liked the dual/dual exhaust. i was planning on taking it right off. now i'm gonna keep it! they proved me wrong on this one.

i've never been a big fan of magnaflow though. their tone always sounded too smooth and hollow for me, no throatyness and too much popping (rasp), and their tips are ugly as sin.

You wanna know what really sounds good though? My buddy has the magnamouth.

magnaflow bullet muffler in place of the LM resonator. It sound so good and is very loud.
