Default A way that might stop PCV oil problem!

It is called Krank Vemttm. They said it worked on the Vettes! Here is what I sent them as an email, and what they sent back!

Subject: KRANK VENTTM SYSTEM For a car!

Ok, I have a 1998 Camaro SS, which has the all mighty LS1 engine. However, these engines are known to have a problem from a high crankcase pressure that causes the PCV valve to let oil seeps in to the intake. Therefore, the LS1 engine burns about 1 quarts of oil every 1000 to 2000 miles (depending on use and defers from car to car).

So, I was wondering if I replaced my PCV valve on my LS1 engine with your Krank Vent, will it stop oil consumption or can it help?

Thanks And happy new year!
Tom

Tom,
The best way to do that is to use the Turbo Kit that uses a small KrankVent in the PCV valve line & another one that vents the engine to atmosphere or the air box. They are used on the Z06 vetts with great success! Even when normally aspirated.
