Youre setup does look nice, But thats still pretty shitty to come at me with nothing more than "barf". I thought it came out pretty good for a first try with a cheap flux core welder and an angle grinder while doing it on ramps in the driveway. For what its worth, mine tucks up higher than yours too.

That being said, im jealous of your clean beads and stainless tubing.

This car is sitting on sportline springs...on a pro kit it'd tuck even higher....with no cats...you cant see the exhaust at all under the car...

One thing you need to do, is convert your flux setup to a gas setup...and change wires...they will weld much cleaner! I puked because of the placement of cutouts...(personally thank its retarded since you arent going to gain much with the magnaflow mufflers uncapped) and the red gum stuff you put on there...other then that ive seen ALOT worse from local shops here in TX.

The cutouts were purely for a little added bark. Im not expecting to gain any power from them. The original setup flows well enough for my needs all the way out to the back. I just wanted to be able to open them up whenever i want to sound a little more intimidating. The cam is barely noticeable through the magnaflows, but it sounds like a dragster with the cutouts open. The red gum stuff is just RTV to keep teh welds from rusting out, since theyre dirty flux core welds. Ill definately admit its not a thing of beauty, but its quite functional in terms of my needs.

Thanks for the heads up on converting to MIG. Im already setup for it, I just have to buy a canister and the wire. The welding place isnt open on weekends though, so i never get a chance.

Speed Inc sells their X-pipe race exhaust TD system for $229 (and shippings free)

Includes
Mandrel bent 3" aluminuzed tubing w/3" X-pipe
Additional 90* bend which will allow installation with most Long tubes
Race Magnum 3" Bullet mufflers, pair
Pair of universal exhaust hangers

Its a non-assembled kit so there'll be some fab work.

Plenty of kits out there. The cheapest ranges for ~$110 (Flowtech X pipe) or $1000+ for something thats custom and over the axle. But on average, I'll say if you go w/ something like the TSP or Speed Inc setup packages you're lookin at right around $500-$550

Just find a guy at a muffler shop thats willing to do it after hours. Most shops won't do it without the cats.
