$100 I just got lucky with my '02 M6 Z28. I took my Flowmasters and X-pipe with a few pics of the setup I wanted to a couple of muffler shops and finally found a guy who wasn't afraid to do it. It wasn't mandrel bent 3" pipe, but he didn't crush it too bad and got them to tuck up pretty decent.

Over the axle. Have a shop custom build them. Start with an ORY pipe and have them split back into two 2.5" legs down the passenger side, up and over the axle. Put two bullet or round magnaflow mufflers on either side of teh well. That setup shouldnt cost quite as much as 800 bucks, I cant say for certain since I did my own work. This setup will give you the most ground clearance. I highly suggest it.

i paid $150 for both of my mufflers and $200 for the 3" exhaust before them. 3" off the headers into an x and then back to the axles where it goes into 4x9 magnaflows and then dumped directly under the axle. mine isn't mandrel bent, but it looks VERY nice and they tucked the magnaflows very well. i had a buddy do it that owns a local exhaust shop.
i'd say you're probably looking at ~450 in labor to run an x-pipe setup over the axle. just be sure to find someone who knows what they're doing.
