headers i plan on dropping my 00 vert ws6 with a ridetech bag system next year about 2'' cruising and 4" parked. But this year i want to do longtubes and a y pipe. I already have a magnaflow catback and it sounds great. Any recomendations. I already read the article on exhaust sytems and was thinking about the qtp longtubes and catted y. I want no rasp but deep powerful sound but not racecar loud. Is this the best setup? Let me know. Or should i go with the kooks longtubes and maybe qtp catted y. What do u think?

i couldnt agree with you more.Qtp is one of the best headers out there if not the best. also the cats will keep the sound more conservitive. either way you cant go wrong. id get whatever one is cheaper at the time.
I think you should go with the QTP's, custom 2.5" y-pipe into a Hooker catback. You'll be hardpressed to fit cats under something slamming down 4".
The Pacesetter y-pipe is supossed to ride very close to the body, which might work out nicer for you. I'm not sure it it will work with the QTP's, but it should fit like a glove on the Pacesetter LT's.
