Magnaflow catback FYI
Yesterday I tuned a car with what used to be "Colonels" old 422. With A/F and timing being just about equal there was only a 5-6 RWHP difference beteen the cutout open vs. closed. That says alot for the Magnaflow system. This car had 1 7/8" Grotts and no cats. With the cutout closed we hit 497 RWHP... with the cutout open we hit 503 RWHP. This was on 93 octane. The car is an M6 with a 12-bolt and 4.11s.
