Default Throttle Body Modification?

I heard that if you take the throttle body and fill it with poxy in the area that is not directly pushing flow into the intake, that it would pick up some major horse power and help with restricted flow. Give me some feedback on this?????

Nothing you do to the Throttle Body is going to give you major power, but fully porting and polishing it is a worthwile mod.

The most productive TB mod is to file/cut the butterfly stop so that it opens 100%. Factory units open only about 90%

I ported the intake side and received some minor imporvments but not a bunch of more power ...all-in-all it is a great mod ...mostly becasue the stop mod and porting will increase power and it will cost you nothing ...what more could you askl for?
