Default cut the b.s. what is the best headers out there?

I'm looking for the best! ppc,slp,flp,hookers, tts,etc...
Wich fits the best on my 02 ss. I'll most likely be going with a 3" true dual. Heads and cam will be done also. I'm looking for the least pain in the ***...meaning clearance and banging issues.
What size 1 3/4, 1 7/8 what to go with is beyond me. They all look good. but what really stands up and out by dyno #'s is what i want.

please help guys!
thanks...

Call Barry at QTP. He has a nice surprise waiting. It may be the only call you have to make.

In my opinion Grottyohanns are the best. I believe the same company that actually made the headers for Grottyohann is making them for QTP now. I wouldn't waste time with shorties or even mids, just get longtubes. Also remember, depending on how strict your county is with emissions, no longtube header will pass emissions. Reason being, it is a federal offense to re-locate the catalytic converters. All longtube headers move the cats back some(if you run cats). Check with some guys in your area to see if they have had any issues with longtube headers.

I use SLP headers, I wanted a quality product
and not something that rattled and leaked but
ran well on the dyno. I installed them at home
by myself, not to much of a pain. I see you have
lots of mods, and I belive that you will be able
to install any headers just fine.
The SLP headers have not lost the coating and
still look like the day I put them on. No leaks
No banging, I have 14K miles and 12 months on them
with out a hitch. ( Passed Dallas emissions )
no problem( I have cats ).
If you want to lower your car.. FLP would be my
next choice.

My vote would go for Kooks (PPC) They have the best quality and crafstmanship IMO, and are none to have designed some of the best flowing headers available for MANY years.

Another vote for the QTP header, former grott style. Plus I hear they are coming out with a new stainless steel version. These are the headers I am going with in a few months, they tuck nicely which is important to me because I plan on lowering, also you will be challenged finding a post with someone being upset with these headers, after 10 months of searching for any problems with these I have not found anything

Oh I thought they were distrubuting Kooks headers since Kooks wasn't a sponsor, my mistake. When I went to there shop I thought they said that PPC was gonna be there distributor My vote goes for just Kooks then.

If I didn't have MAC's, I'd have the Grott style. But, MAC's seem to be working pretty well for me...

Sig check.
