opinion on BG Ram air setup

I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on the BG Ram air setup. Half way down page.

Does not block radiator. Uses your hood for what it is designed for.

I have it. It is a very clean design. I do not know actual performance/HP gains, but it has to help some... It makes a true ram air...

Do you use the block offs when it rains? Does it seal to fit ram air box? Will a different lid work?

I have the BG ram air and I love it. I use it with my Whisper lid and it fits perfectly. Also, I live in the NW and have driven my car thru some of the worst torrential downpours at 70-75 mph without any block off plates and haven't had a single problem. Definitely a must do mod if you have a WS6 IMO
