is that so called rasp that annoying sound that keeps *&ssing me off i thought it was a leak but found none the sound im talking about is a sort of hissing sound when i shift i have slp's with orp

I have the same set up and that sound is about to drive me crazy. Found no exhaust leak, replaced both of the valves on the air tubes and don't know what the sound is. Any thing above 3000rpm, letting off the throttle and shifting gears is when the rattle or rasp occurs. If while shifting, you add a little throttle the sound lessens. Can anyone explain to me what maybe causing this noise? Could it be a reversion in the flow created from the tuned length style headers. since they create a vacuum under power? Any help will be appreciated. Are we the only ones with this problem?
Just my thoughts
