do i get the 3"in/out 18" or the 12" i want the car as quiet as i can get it so i heard the 18" is better but you have to bang your floor boards is this correct.

I've got 12" bullets on my dual setup, and it's not that loud if you keep your foot out of it. I don't think the 18"s are much quieter.

Yes, I have one 18" in my I-pipe right now.
It looks close, and the muffler guy said it wouldn't fit due to the outside diameter being 4". Once he cut the I-pipe and put it up there though, there was plenty of room.
