I got a magnaflow bullet and was wondering Where should I place it? I was thinking putting it closer to the y or the y-pipe (closer to the motor) would make it deeper/quieter.

Or is it the other way around like placing it as far from the motor as possible? I'm using 3" pipe on stock y and over axle. Any thoughts on how it will sound in those two spots?

The loudmouth has the resonator on the I pipe. Most people replace the resonator with a muffler.

I put mine where the bullet in my Rumbler was located, which was basically right before the i-pipe bent up over the axle.

2 before over axel pipes, 2 right before rear bumper.

i cut my lm resonator of at the back of it and took of everything all the way to the y-pipe and clamped my magnaflow muffler on the y-pipe and took it to muffler shop and add the pipe from the back of the muffler back to the over the axle pipe
