Will true duals make a big cam sound bigger?

Will true duals make a big cam sound bigger?
I have a TR 230/224, and Hooker ORP and catback currently. If I were to go with true duals, would my cam sound bigger than it does now. In other words, do you lose some of t he "cammin" sound because the headers merge into one, then back through single exhaust? Or will true duals just be louder, not different ?
Does any of this make any sense?

Yeah it will sound more sick.
Why not put some passes on the car before you do any more mods on it.

Re: Will true duals make a big cam sound bigger?
Would FLPs, high flow cats, and the Loudmouth bring out the sound in a 224/.581/112 cam? Would it make any difference if I was to switch from the high flow cats to the off-road pipes? Thanks

Here's a C5 with LT headers, OR X pipe, and Borla Stingers. Should give you a idea of what true duals sound like.
Right click the link and hit "save target as".

Not only are they louder, but they are different.

Re: Will true duals make a big cam sound bigger?
i see it making it louder. true duals will overdramatize the sound versus a catback so if thats what you are wanting then go for it, you can always revert to a catback if you're not satisfied but i doubt that you wont be.
