Default QTP cutout question?

I have a 98Z with high flow dynomax cats and a 3'inch QTP cutout in the I pipe.....followed by an 80 series flowmaster....By having the cutout open....will all the air coming out exit through the cutout or will some of it continue on to the muffler???.....reason is ....I see small amounts of clear smoke coming out one of the tailpipes on occasion.......? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

yes, you will still get a little bit of flow through the exhaust past the cutout. not much though, path of least resistance and all that garbage.
