Intake options?

Intake options? Is there anything else coming to compete with the Fast 90? Or do I just need to bite the bullet, I have a couple of weeks before my motor is together.

Unfortunately the FAST is still the best game in town (IMHO), and while it may be a little pricey, it still delivers the goods on a pretty consistant basis. On a HP per dollar evaluation, its not horribly expensive in the grand scheme of things.

I guess I will go ahead with the Fast, bc the others might not be as streetable. Tony, I am considering using the AFR 225 small bore would they be better than the 205? I have a friend that mad 505rwhp with some 205's and a 382. His car is a six speed, my car will never be a dyno queen bc of the th400 and the 9in. I just want the car to go 9's and be somewhat streetable.

TPIS could convert your LS6 intake (assuming thats what you have right now) over to a 90mm opening. Not sure if the flow #'s would fit your needs, but its definately cheaper. I dont know anyone thats done this, but after seeing the intake comparo on their site, it caught my attention, and I'm considering it myself. Like I said, maybe not for you, but just a suggestion.

It seems like Pacesetter LT's are the only things made for these cars that satisfy all 3.
Send that manifold to Tony for some tweakage, especially if you go with AFR heads. Last I heard he's running a pretty beastly 383 himself.
