Anodized Red TB PICS!
Most aftermarket TB's remove the restriction just before the blade and epoxy in the hole for improved airflow, but it's the little things that seperate the best from the rest. I have revised my process for porting/polishing and finishing up the blade and everything comes out better. You can see in the pics the mirror finish, the front throttle shaft removed, the gentle curve on the throttle blade to keep from shearing the air, the smooth radius on the outside edge of the TB for a smooth transition from the bellows into the TB, the like chrome throttle shaft & spring, and the mirror finish on the IAC motor. Don't accept anything less.
Now you can turn your ugly old chunk of aluminum for a TB into an eye catching show quality performance enhancer. How many products can do that for you?
Enjoy!

It's pretty.
From experience I would really spot face the area where the bolts touch the powder coat. The clear and translucent powder seem to crack there when you install the TB on the intake. Alot of work goes into a good powder coated finish and a dam bolt can screw it all up.
It's still interesting to see what the other guys come up with. If you look at these things everyday then you notice the little things.

Does your TB already come with the bump stop mod?
How much without the powder coating?
I dont care what it looks like on the outside, I just want you to do your magic on the inside and make it flow well.
