160 or 180?
Re: 160 or 180? I'm going for a 160, you and I both live in hot climates. It doesn't do a whole lotta good unless your fans are set to come in at a lower temp, because the t-stat will kick in at the lower temp, but the engine will still get to the same running temp with the fans set to the stock temp. Are you planning on doing a fan mod like a switch or custom programming?

Re: 160 or 180? A 180 stat dropped my car about 10* from the stock stat with the same fan settings (custom). I don't like the 160 stat really. Sure, you can set the fans to keep the motor warmer, but if it's cool outside and you're at speed, the motor can easily get down to 170*, which is colder than I like my motor to run. Just my opinion.
