Default QTP header owners!Help advice needed.

Those of you that have got QTP headers please tell me about your ground clearance.I want to buy QTPs but I have seen some people saying they have had some issues I think it may have been the y pipes or something any way my car will be lowered about an inch will that be OK?

clearence from the headers themselves is awesome. no problems at all. the y pipe is where most have problems. the drivers side tends to hang down lower than the passenger side. that can be fixed by adjusting it before tightening everything down though.

It's the Y pipe that has the ground clearance issues.

I would think on a stock ride height car you would be fine. I'm on LG G2 springs and I've yet to scrape. Granted the car is 99% roadrace, I did do about 50 miles on the street (backroads) with no problems. Had a custom y-pipe made at Mufflex and tucked up nice.

do you think my car being lowered 1 inch will be a problem with this QTP Y pipe?

it may be... i've not heard the best things about the Y.... The headers them selves wont be a problem though!

So the best bet for a Y-pipe with QTP headers is to have one custom made? Or how else would you get their y-pipe to not hang as low?

QTP y-pipe sucks... it cut mine in pieces and welded it together again.
