Default Block off plate for EGR?

Im swapping out my intake manifold tomorrow and was wondering what to use as a block off plate for the egr, or how to make one. Any help would be appreciated. THanks

a plate for the header. can make or buy, and for the intake if you still have the ls1, you'll need a freeze plug (1 and 3/8") this will fit in, then you tighten the nut on top and it will expand to an air tight fit. Hope this helps!

You can buy one from spped inc, or use some sheet metal and make one (use the gasket as a pattern) I used some fancy inconel for my AIR plates, (I had access to it and it was free)
you can get a piece of metal from the local hardware store, cut with a dremel, and drill the 2 holes (I'd use 1/8" or 1/16" thick, whatever gauge that translates to)
If the tube has a fitting on it you can cut that off, and use a soda can to make the block off plate, then use the fitting to reinforce the soda can

You can either cut out some simple plates big enough to cover the holes with 2 bolt holes, or you can get fancy and cut it to shape. I have a BIG *** piece of 16 guage stainless plate that I've made multiple sets of blockoff plates for. I use my die-grinder with a cut-off wheel, Dremel is for boyscouts and birdhouses.
