Default Least Restrictive Cat-Back

Ok I'm selling my SLP 20TL, and looking for something that isnt restrictive, but isn't to loud. I know SLP LM is probably the least, but I was wondering about Corsa, and I heard B&B is restrictive but I didn't know if it was or not. Any opinions on the matter is much appriciated

I've heard that Magnaflow is only 3hp off of a cut-out and it's not to loud.

I remember reading somewhere that Corsa is not too restrictive.....As for the sound, I think it is bad ***, I love the way it sounds on my car....I would not trade it for anything else.

I know of a lot of people who love the hooker and say it sounds great. My friend down in Lakeland Fl (by your way) absolutely loves his magnaflow. Says it has no resonation and a deep tone. He has the hc, magnaflow, lid, k&n, superchips. He runs 12.4's on gsc's. (6m hardtop)

well here is my .02. I have a Dynomax Bullet race muffler, 16 1/2" long. they come in several lengths, cost about $35 thru summit or jegs. put the muffler under the passenger floorboard, get a custom y made for after the axle, run duals, there ya go. I think that is about the lest restrictive catback u can get. it cost me a total of $200, that was the muffler, y-pipe, dual chrome/stanless steel tips, new pipe and installation. I don't think u can go wrong. I LOVE the sound, never get tired of hearing it. It's not too loud driving on the highway either. u can find sound clips of this setup.

I was informed by someone that dynoed both Borla and Corsa and both came up with the same horsepower numbers. The Borla had the least restrictive plate in it for the test.

I really liked my Borla on my old 99. How can you get tired of that look and infinitely changeable sound (compared to any other). You can change the sound in 5 minutes. I never saw the horsepower gain as far as a dyno, but it sure sounded and looked great. I bought mine used for 300.

Another vote for the magnaflow. You definately feel the power and "sound" difference.
Just plain awesome

MikeK: my friend Brian Armstrong works at Walgreens in Lakeland- check him out- he has a 01 Z (black) with the Magnaflow. He loves it. He also has a hotcam so you could see how it sounds bumpin.

Any dyno runs with Borla? What about Spintech?
