i just installed my LM dual/dual on my 98 ws6...sounds mean as hell. installation was TOO EASY....45mins from first jack placed to last jack removed no fitment issues whatsoever. and i love the reminder its there...even with my sound system i guess i don't think of it as drone. when i get my headers i just plan on taking the resonator out and putting a bullit on there, as i've heard the headers make it a bit crazy. some like it that loud but i don't like police following me THAT much....lol. but for what its worth i can't complain about my LM, got it discounted at the car show too so hell yea 300 flat

When I first got my borla I thought it was a bit raspy and it would pop quite a bit but now that its broken in Its nice, I go with the wide open plate..pretty tame until you hit it ..then its nice and loud..I will be getting QTP headers soon and a cam so we'll see how it is then ..oh, have you seen fully polished borla?! holy cow..that guy on the board who is a polishing freak (steve 2000 ss)..anyways, that dude has it polished like a mirror

I like the Hooker long tubes with Hush Thrush shorties bolted right to the collectors and dumping under the front seats! Awesome, insane.

700 for a borla??? just get duals put on and be done with it. best sound and the cheapest you'll only spend about 300-350.

Man u guys can get the Dynomouth setup for like $150 max.!!!! Get the dynomax bullet part # 24222 from jegs and insert it in the I-pipe. Remove the muffler and fab a y-pipe!!

The sound is awesome and is very free flowing. Not much if any drone!!!!

here is the setup I used:

If you ever plan on getting longtubes, DO NOT get Loudmouth. I recently got Jet-Hots and while it sounded badass with cats/manifolds, my Loudmouth drones, rattles, rasps, and really drives me nuts. I even have the long dynomax bullet in the intermediate pipe instead of the stock resonator and it still sounds like turn 2 at Talledega. For that reason, I'm going true dual

Nobody likes the flowmaster sound? I do, but it is restrictive isn't it? No matter what you decide to do get a cut out. Well worth it.

Based on his research a cut out will avg at 4 RWHP when open on an aftermarket exhaust system. He picked up 3.1 or 3.2 RWHP when he opened his cutout on the dyno with the GMMG.

GMMG

1) Lost nothing over cutout, maybe 2-5hp
2) Nothing looks more bad *** under the car than a polished GMMG
3) Sounds amazing, can't waaait for LT's. Will be getting one for my LT1 also

I like the B&B Tri-Flow cat back Sounds nice and agressive as rpm's climb and has a good tone at idle.
