i need tips on headers will i got hooker supercomps what should torque them at and should i put new spark plug any tips and pics

New spark plugs only if you feel you need them, or if you manage to break one. It is an ideal time to change them. And I beleive it is 11 ft/lb torqueing from the center out then ou up it to 18 ft/lb useing the same method. GL
