Default GMMG OR TRUE DUAL?

They both look good. I think the gmmg is pricey but it sounds really good. true duals sound f#%&* loud but worth it and cheap. So what's better in H.P, the GMMG or the true duals?

I say the GMMG simply on the fact that you dont have to get any custom work or welding done. The GMMG is just bolt on go

If you're gonna get the GMMG, and are worried about the money, I'd seriously look at the SLP Loudmouth. I just got that on my car and I love it to death. It is also a very open flowing cat-back.

i had the loudmouth and then went to the GMMG when i got LT's.
The LM was too raw sounding for me. if your thinking of upgrading your manifolds, the LM will be very raspy. LT headers + ORP + GMMG = badass

Not all duals are insanely loud, if you get duals go with magnaflow type bullets. They are the quietest out there that I've heard.

True duals are better in HP. As far as sound goes I don't know. I have heard a few say it sounds the same as the GMMG. I had to do it again, I think I would still go with the GMMG. Like Bounce? said, LTs + cats+ GMMG is unreal.

Im curious if you guys have dyno tested the exhausts you are referring to...How many of you have had each?? Everyone keeps saying the duals outflow blah blah blah.. Well I had the duals for 3 months before going to a chambered. My Dual dyno #s were 399/406. My dyno through the chambered was 407/405 Take it with a grain of salt.

Please do a search..

My TD setup cost 1/3 as much as a GMMG, and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

I have not heard or seen anyone with the GMMG around where I live, but I love my true dual set up. At Idle it isn't too loud to me at least, but when you get on it it sounds like a god damn beast. If it were me I would get true duals because they are cheaper and sound great.

I vouge for TD's for being loud, but there is not a cat-back that can match the sound. GMMG is way too much. Get slp loudmouth and put an XR-1 on it. That has been posted on here countless times. The XR-1 is not excruciatingly loud, and it still sounds good. Great flow and no where near the price of a gmmg system.

My TD's do not rasp. And like I said, I think the "Borlamouth" system would flow better than a gmmg setup. If not, with the price of that setup, who cares?

Get the GMMG. It has a nice deep sound to it.
