It was amazing to see how nicely the carsounds flowed. Shocked to see the 813000 Random flow so little.
The metallic Randoms flowed great but for 3-4 times the price of the car sound its not worth it. And the Carsound is less than half the price of the regular Randoms and out flowed it by over 20%

Info for all to see. Hope it was helpful information.
So I will offer the Carsound cats in my Cat Y Pipe and Metallic Randoms by special order. Applications are QTP, Hooker and Jet Hot Headers. The cats are being test fitted in the jig for production. Will be shipping Cat Y pipes in about 2-3 weeks.

I know your busy and your head may explode from this request but I gotta ask. Is there any chance that the cats can be put on flanges and then swapped out for straights (like FLP) or even, (let me be bold) cutouts. Emmisions frendly to race ready. What do you say Group purchase, packege deal-----emission headers, velocity spike, swappable-Y pipe & cats. Thanks.

I forgot to flow a staright pipe. I realized that this morning.
Blaster, good news for you. I will be offering optional staight pipes for the cat y pipe, so you can swap. It wont be a 1-2-3 swap but wont be difficult. Price to be determined soon.
Like i have said many, many times before, i will do a speical/gp after i ship out my current orders. Not before so relax. good things comes to those that wait.
That's about 100 HP BELOW stock? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
Wassup Barry? Very interesting tests. I'll be curious to see what the straight pipe flows. Do you think you might could flow a 3" bullet muffler for us as well? I've always wondered just how close to no loss of flow they give.
Thanks! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

thanks for the study on the cats!!!
Just wondering if longivity was taken into account. Cats should not be a regular wear item, IMO.
if that flp type system becomes a reality you can put me down for one if i dont go turbo. very nice <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
What are the specs on the y-pipe, since I might end up with your QTP headers on the darton 387 all-bore you also took pictures of? A merge collector would be preferable, and I wont be running any cats.
