I am an 18 year old college student who does not have a lot of money, but I am trying to get a ls1 camaro. I am not looking to spend over $12,000 so I know the car will have a good amount of miles on it. I was just wondering how long ls1's last?

Forever
I bought my car with 62k and now it has 86k... The owners didn't beat on the car but I beat the living **** outta it... The only thing that broke was the passenger window molding.. twice

My advice is take your time shopping. Find a dealership that has had one for a while, or someone who just can't seem to sell theirs. I found mine at a F@#D dealership and they had had it about 4 months. Looking to get rid of it for what they got it for. I paid a little under 10. Granted I had been looking for about 5-6 months because I wasn't desperate for one.
