Default O2 Simulators - help

I need to get a pair due to the blower. It keeps on confusing the O2 sensors and throwing cat malfunction codes. Couple questions:

1. Easy to install? I looked at a picture of them and looks like they just plug into the elect. fitting. Do they require removing the stock O2 sensors from the exhaust? If not, where exactly do you mount them? Obviously I don't mind turning a wrench, but the reason I'm asking ahead of time is I want to take the car to the shop and dyno it. If they are a snap to install the shop will let me do a "before" pull and an "after" pull without having to pull the car off the dyno etc.

2. I'm wondering if I should see a powergain by putting them on, or if they will just get ride of my pesky SES light. Anyone know?

THANKS! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

1) Yes, they just plug in. How you strap them up is up to you. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

2) I don't think you'll see any power gain from them. Their sole purpose is simply to make the PCM think that the regular O2's are there and are switching normally.
