I fix alot of bump stop mods, so most times it's o.k. even if you go too far.

It's hard to say on the HP front. It's never a cut and dry x amount of HP. I don't specifiy a number because I don't like to overpromise HP numbers. It would be silly for me to say that you pick up 22hp, I would expect more in the 10hp range.
