Default Bosch oxygen sensor question

Hey, I've found that most people go with the Bosch o2 sensor part #13111 for their f-body when they install long tubes, but I was on Advance Auto Parts' website and they say that it only fits 1999 - 2002 Cavalier's, 1997 - 2003 Malibu's, 1997 - 2004 Corvette's, 1997 - 1998 Achieva's, 1998 - 1999 Cutlass's, 1999 - 2003 Alero's, 1997 Regency's, 1999 - 2003 Grand Am's and 1999 - 2002 Sunfire's. Is this the right one for f-body's or am I looking at the wrong part number? Any help is appreciated.

Its the correct number. All those vehichles used the same part # as well. No one wants to say go get Cavalier or Alero o2 censors. These o2's have longer wires so you dont need extensions. I've also read that it has a higher rated heater wattage, which helps with the censor being father down the exhaust stream.

I've been using them for a couple of years now and I havn't threw codes since I changed to them.

I have been running the Bosch #13111 o2 sensors, in my fronts for the past 2 years - no problems, no extensions needed. SLP LT's here.

1997 - 2004 Corvette's

They are normally listed as 'vette rear O2's. Do a search for them, I posted a link to a place that sells them cheap a few times.

Its not that they're crappy. Sometimes, like with myself, people get low voltage or insufficient heater codes. Or the computer reads the o2's as being lazy do to the extensions being added on stock o2's.

The majority of the time the Bosche 13111's work. Alot of times people have a not so good tune or have air leaks and the Vette rears dont work for them. The people I know who have their tunes pretty good and no air leaks the Vette rears work perfect.

Alot of people don't want to tune for just headers and sometimes they make an already rich running car run more rich, fouling o2's. The Vette rears bandaid this and just give a little more time before they foul. Also adding to the they were crap mentality. To me a little tuning goes a long way. The majority of driving a dd is in closed loop and people always want to go faster the cheapest way possible.
