Re: PLEASE HELP! car not running after dynatech header install. So you have none of the 4 plugged in? I would think that the pcm would not be able to decide on the a/f mixture without them which may be your issue. Maybe others will chime in as well.

PLEASE HELP! car not running after dynatech header install. ok, heres the deal. ive been up all night long installing these. the car starts, revs up to about 4k, and dies immediately. evertythings hooked up as far as i can tell, except the o2 sensors. i was told that it would hold idle without them. i cant understand what is going on. please help with any info, i work in two hours!
ps. i tried hooking the sensors up and letting em sit on the ground, because i dont have a spot for them yet until my exhaust goes on. that also didnt work.

Check the EGR gasket on pipe going into the intake manifold if it is not seated right it will leak, and cause a rough idle esp. if you rev and then it idles rough. I battled headers this weekend and it was the only problem i encountered.
