If you have an M6 you could also consider a short shifter, clutch, save for a rear end.
If you have A4, consider matching a converter with your cam choice.
Btw, dyno tuned, efi tuned, same thing. I'd assume you will get your car dyno tuned with EFI Live. Save your money on a tune until you get cam. Just my 2 cents.
