Is this an aftermarket piece? does it look familiar to anybody? it may be a hypertech 160 stat but i'm not sure.

It is what inside it that will determine. I believe that our waternecks/thermostats stock are made in Germany though.

I think my hypertech says that on it. That one looks like the bolts have been out of it too.

Yea same here they are german made. Hypertech and the SLP thermo's are the same thing.
