Angle turn-downs towards each other??

I'm seeing a few people say to angle the turndowns towards each other, but I have yet to see/hear from someone that has done it, and what effects it had on the drone.. If you or anyone you know had done this post it up and let us know how it works out.

No.. hotrod mag. says to face them towards each other and it will cancel out the drone. I searched for it here and I seen a few others saying to face them towards each other to cancel the drone.

I have that setup. Unfortunately, I haven't heard the same setup without it, so I don't have much to offer in terms of comparatives.

I bet it helps a little to turn the dumps toward each other, but I doubt it will rid you of the drone completely....it's just the nature of dumping exhaust under the car.

i dont know why everyone bitches about drone. You have a muscle car wiuth true duals. You have to expect things like rattles and drone.

Ive done them every way imaginable...Nothing changed...Longer mufflers and a less abrupt turndown to mix in with the pavement has worked best soo far.
