Default ticking radio after c/h swap

I just did a cam and head swap on my 2000 ss m6 all went back together very well and very with the way sounds and runs. My question is after the install my radio now has a ticking noise, I checked the three grounds on the back of the drivers head they were all hook up the only thing i have noticed is that one of the bolts that holds down the coil packs has a nut on it that i'm not using and i did not put them all back in the same places any thought on were that missing wire might be loated?

Did you change the plugs and/or wires. I bet its those.

I had FM clicking when using MSD wires, TR55 plugs & MSD coils.

I swapped out the MSD Wires for GMPP wires, and the FM clicks went away.

I have the same problem after my cam swap. I run Taylor 10.4mm wires. Problem was not there before the cam swap.

the only thing I did not put back will doing the cam swap was the 2 bolts that hold the coil pack rail down in the back of the passsenger side valve cover.

I am wondering if they are tied to that somehow.
