Yeah, thats what I would say about it. Quiet, but up top sounds pretty nice. I might look at something louder though.

Magnaflow with long tubes and no cats is pretty loud imo. Not offensive though.

I disagree with that. I dumped my system b/c it was too quiet... Not much louder than stock (if it was even louder at all)

Now I have turn-downs

LTs/ORY/Magnaflow isn't much louder than STOCK? wow. obviously you never go WOT or have you heard it from outside the car.

lmao... time to get them ears checked at the local doctor.

vs

if you guys honestly believe that these 2 are not that much different - something is seriously wrong with either

1) your setup
2) your hearing

First, you can't tell how close the camera is to the car in the stock clip becaues there is no video. It could be right up next to the tail pipe for all we know.

Second, it could also be in a garage, which would make an exhaust sound louder. The second one is out in the open.

Third, it's hard to distinguish the volume of either one because there is no other noise to compare it too. Non-high end cameras do not capture sound volume very well.

When my dad starts my car outside to move it, it wakes me up in the morning. It never did that before the headers and catback.

Yeap ! i agree... Its easy to be mis-judged tho. from the inside its quiet , to me which is nice as hell, i like to listen to my expensive stereo sometimes too without all the Droning.. But on the outside its burly and sorta loud.. After i had the cam put in, it woke up my magnaflow catback. its pretty burly and loud now, you can tell by the vid in the multimedia section.. Magnaflow ..for the WIN !!
btw, i also do have an elec cutout, but theres no need to even open it now unless im at TNT

I know what WOT at 7000 RPM sounds like...

I also know what 500+ rwhp feels like...

Maybe you should get your eyes checked as you did not even bother to check my sig...

I do not have an F-body.

My Magna's were quiet... Most people did not even know I swapped catbacks....

Cutout would definitely solve some non-loud issues. Plus a cam would do it too.
