Right now she is just a dyno queen... I am not too much of a drag queen...
I need to save up some money for some DR's and a clutch before she hits the strip. My Toyo T1's used to grip like football spikes but now it feels like I have donuts out back
There is no way I could get a decent launch with those...maybe this winter eh?

I have Mac headers and ORY with Magnaflow catback and this year got two tickets from different cities for the car being 'too loud'.
I am having Magnaflow cats reinstalled this week to avoid tickets.
BTW - here is a clip of the car before I had the cats removed:

I admit that when I was stock and put the magnaflow on that it was quiet. Now that I have LT's, ORY, and a cam it's a LOT louder than stock. Maybe you're just used to loudness now and you forgot how quiet a stock car is. On top of that I just open up the cutout for a little insane loudness.
i've just got my magnaflow cb put in the other day too. now i'm ready for lt's and an ory. how much trouble is it to get everything straight after removing the cats. i.e. no check engine lights on/ relocating o2 sensors/ is the tune a must after removal...

Verdad Gallardo The tune isn't a must but it's nice to delete out the rear O2's if you don't want to use sims. I had access to a lift so I put on lt's and my ory in about 5 hours and it all fit together fine. It was kind of hard to get the y to meet the catback but I just unbolted the catback and slid it back to get clearance for the two to meet. For the front O2's you will need sensor extensions...most sponsors sell them.
I dont have longtubes, but my mac midlengths, OR y-pipe, and magnaflow is stil kinda quiet to me. Up top it gets kinda loud and sounds really good, but at idle, you cant here my cam enough. I think I am going to do some longtubes next and if that doesntwake it up alot sound and hp wise, then I will do a cut-out.

QTPs with their HVMC (high velocity merge collectors) have really stolen the stainless header scene away from Kooks (or at least it seems so..)
I believe the general concensus on Kooks is they are a great header and a great product, but with the HVMC now included on all QTP headers, it just is the better buy. IMO if you're going stainless, go QTP.
