How hard is it to do headers
buy new gaskets as header gaskets are "crush gaskets" and form to the uneven countours on all manifolds

Don't mess around with the idea of not disconnecting the steering linkage. It's pretty easy once you figure it out and gives a lot of room.
Don't forget to disconnect the battery and remove your spark plugs first so you don't break them.
MY GOD that was horrible, was there for 9 hours and it still isnt done and he started them yesterday. I think the motor has to be jacked up for the pass. side install Ive heard you have to lift it 15 inches from the bottem of the tire to the ground.
I did my headers on a lift but the first time I did my clutch I had it really high. I got some 2ft diameter logs out of the back nine and my brother used a chainsaw to square them off and I jacked my car up (like a balancing act) to get it on the logs. You need to use some cinder blocks or 6x6 lumber etc to put under/on the jack.
Probably best to drive up on rhino ramps and then use the jacks to get the additional altitude. Please be extra careful and don't drop your car on yourself.

Does anyone know if theirs places, or garages that you could rent a lift from.
just buy some band-aids.
