Need quieter mufflers
Need quieter mufflers I have 3" true duals with dynomax bullit mufflers. I love the sound but I need to quiet it down some. I do still have the cats but once you get past 3k she really goes loud. I can't get on anywhere off the highway because you can hear it 3 blocks away. My neighbors are well aware when I'm on my why home. They need to be no wider than 4" like the dynomax so they fit under the car
do you have pics of your duals with the cats? Ive been thinking about doing catted duals to keep it somewhat quiet. Some choices for you are the magnaflow 4x9s which some use, moroso spiral flows,1chamber flows,or my personal favorite Borla Xr1s.
I can try and get some pics. My car has slp lt with dual high flow cats. It sounds great really low with a mean rumble. Just at higher rpms she goes real loud. My friends have said they got temporary hearing loss when I blasted past their car at wot. They were jk but its loud. My neighbors I'm sure get pissed when I come home at 2-3 am on Fri& Sat nite. My system was made up of smaller mandrell bent pieces and welded together.

Get the LONGEST bullet style muffler you can find that'll fit. A Borla XR1 will quiet it down too. I am in the same boat. I feel your pain man!
