Catted Y-pipe I am located in York PA. I need to get my car inspected. I was wondering if anyone could let me borrow their catted y pipe. I only need the pipe once because I will drive the car less than 5000 miles a year so I will exempt out of my emissions testing after this inspection. (I just brought the car back from FL and by bringing it in state from out I need a full inspection).
