I have done it myself all 4 times. Some places will genreally charge $200-400.

Self. Looks hard, but it's easy. The headers slide in so easy it's anticlimatic.

did mine last weekend on jackstands as im sure most of you have done that also. probably took about 5 hours but not that bad of an install.

You don't need the waste time pulling coils packs but if you really want to I'd pull the passenger side, thats the hardest side to get to the header bolts and sparks plugs.

yea just get the car high enough and its a breeze. i removed the passenger side coils only takes a couples of minutes to be able to get your hand back there .

So is it illegal too not have the emmsisions equitment. If I tune the codes out will my car get passed for tech inspection, i live in virginia.

Used my brother in-laws lift. Took eight hours taking our sweet time and finding the right tools. Hooking back the emission stuff took a little longer, you have to play a bit with it. By the way this were Pacesetter long tube.
