If you have stock manifold, stock Y, then the Corsa will quite tame except at WOT. Actually when you are in top gear cruising, it virtually disapears.
When you !cats, or go LT's the Corsa will be quite loud. And it sounds BADASS!

It's louder than stock but not obtrusive - definitely no drone on the highway. Mine's been on the car since early '01 w/no problems. Sound clips are on corsa's website or ls1sounds.com

I absolutely love the sound, and the tips are great as well. It is just as quiet as stock at idle and during easy driving, but gets nice and loud when you floor it. I spent a lot of time listening to sound clips and other cars before deciding on Corsa. I can't wait to get Pacesetter headers and catted y and see how it sounds then.

magnaflow IMO. Corsa is nice but with the premium tips your paying almost $800 for it and it doesnt sound that much better if better at all than the corsa. I got my magnaflow for $400 shipped and its fully stainless and sounds awesome. I have clips but they are after my cam install, but let me know if you want to hear it.

not worth even 400 $ in my books..too quiet..too european ..not like a vette should sound...I guess lots like it, but then again alot of people make fun of old flowmasters----....headers+ory+cutout+flow sounds mean...

i think corsa on stock manifolds sounds pretty damn good. it's quiet crusing around, sounds mustang-like at 2500 rpm's, makes noise over 3000 rpms and screams at WOT.
here's mine:

it sounds much better in person. the camcorder only picks up the high frequencies. it is deeper in person. the at idle revs, however, sound pretty similar in person.
the "popping" you hear during the idle revs is not rasp, it's the weak sauce camcorder microphone crackling from the inability to pick up all the sound.
