How to P&P TB?

Pics of how to P&P TB? Ive done a search, read countless threads, jumped from a link in a thread, to another link in that thread, to another. And have come up w/ nothing!
I read that there is a write-up on how to P&P a throttlebody, but no luck finding it. Can someone give me a kind of quick review on how to do it? What I want to get rid of, stay away from. What grit paper. A good way to polish it afterwards? Will Mothers Mag Aluminum work? And a few things to watch out for, areas to stay away from.
And any PICS would really be of help! I appreciate it. Sry if I sound n00bish, I just read about this mod for the first time today and really want to do it!
